Au cours de cette session, je présenterai : les bénéfices du mob programming, les principes sous-jacents ainsi que plusieurs pratiques falicitant sa mise en oeuvre.
Étant un adepte du pair programming, je me suis intéressé très tôt au mob programming.
Cependant, je n’ai pu en comprendre les mécanismes qu’une fois formé auprès de Woody Zuill.
Fort de cette première expérience, j’ai pu promouvoir, former et accompagner dans un premier temps mon équipe et ensuite d’autres équipes.

I have strong data technical and agile skills, commercial awareness, good
communication skills and can convey information to technical and non technical audiences.
My customers value my ability to deliver complete business data projects and solutions – from
the back end construction and streamlining, to training their technical and sales teams on getting
the best from their new tools, and developing their business through Agile and more specifically
with Kanban and Scrum framework.
While I am self motivated and have worked for a number of years on a freelance basis, I have
had a number of core clients and enjoy working with their teams over the longer term. I am
therefore also open to permanent roles.
